Goal: Improvement of meeting flow and function, overall communication, and support for program design
Proposal: Secretary and Facilitator positions to begin as a monthly rotation to assist in continuity and communication
Below are the positions with a responsibility list.

Communication
-who and what and why?

Discussion about how to included staff, to what level...how much is open to feedback, how do we want to communicates a k-12 school, what kind of discussion will these notes create, how much info is enough/too much
How do we hire adjunct staff? What is the process? How can it be more transparent?
NF: needs to be a group decision
We should do a hiring process for all adjunct
We need a proposal for process
We need to identify areas, then hire staff
Hiring committee: tobie, ken, kurt, jess, eddie
Open position posting...Kirk will tackle and post
Jess points out that full time staff, who may not be advisors, may need voting rights. Will make proposal to address who votes, how, etc.
More conversation on Tobie and Ken’s Roles/ availability, etc.
T is flexible on roles, but needs to work less. Want more time with family plus time to do things well and be more human and happy at work.
